Running has been a part of my life for a long time… but not always for the reasons you might think.
Back in high school, running was my escape. Life wasn’t always easy, and running gave me something steady. Over the years, through ups and downs, I kept coming back to it. About a year ago, I lost my mother… and once again, running became my refuge.
I’m 63 years old. I train five days a week in all kinds of weather. Not because I’m special, but because consistency still matters.
If you believe in consistency, if you believe it’s never too late to get stronger… you’re in the right place. Welcome to The Grind.
